It’s time to expand your awareness! With Coach Kari’s motivational coaching, you will learn all the things about yourself to become your best self. 


In our first coaching session, we will first look to take a values-based approach to finding motivation and/or designing a new goal to work toward.

Sessions thereafter will then serve to progress you toward that goal, identifying roadblocks or opportunities to focus on in between sessions. These sessions will also include a variety of discussions and exercises to hone in on your opportunities for progression, as well identify task(s) to complete in between sessions that will assist you towards your goal.

Coach Kari is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner. She utilizes a communication-science-based approach to coaching, that allows you and her to learn your primary communication methods for storing memories and constructing ideas and goals.

Whether you choose to book an Individualized Coaching Session or a Group Coaching Session, together we will work for you to increase your awareness, set goals, and lock in the motivation to achieve them!
