Coach Kari (she/her)

Coach Kari is the Creator, Co-Owner, & Coach of The Golden Life Project.

Kari is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®)  and a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Health Coach! She is also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and Practitioner, and certified in both Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®. And while these certifications have brought her a lot of knowledge and perspective, it is Kari’s experience as a coach that has done that ten-fold. She has been coaching for nearly ten years, all across the health and wellness industry - from life coaching to CrossFit coaching and everything in between.

As your coach, Kari promises to listen, empathize and connect, meeting you where you are at. She will hold you at your best and cheer for you. Kari will help you learn and create perspective. She promises to commit to you and your goals, and lead you to where you want to be.

Kari’s Golden Life is full of love, health and happiness, and she lives it daily as your coach, ultra-distance runner, dog-mom to Sababa, mom to Bernie, wife to Niall and beer lover. She is so grateful for her Golden Life and more ready than ever to support you with yours.

Coach meghan (she/her)

Coach Meghan is a systems thinker, idea synthesizer, writer, and certified coach (R-PLC).

As a co-owner and coach of The Golden Life Project, she’s here to ensure you feel seen, confident, and capable of going after your goals.

She believes movement, a growth mindset, and a solid community are the core ingredients for a golden life. Meghan utilizes an empathetic, IFS-informed approach to coaching whether she is breaking down a lift, holding space for a busy parent adjusting their wellness routine, or guiding members through the mental blocks holding them back.

Meghan’s background spans from corporate strategy to small business consulting and across this spectrum she’s supported people through major life transitions—parental leave, career shifts, identity changes. When she isn't coaching at our South Boulder Road facility, you can find her sharing reflective essays on motherhood and mid-life wellness on her Substack profile, exploring Colorado’s mountain trails, or skiing with her family.

Meghan lives her golden life through her values of work-centrism, authenticity, and achievement.

Coach Sonia (she/her)

Coach Sonia has spent most of her adult life chasing big goals - from running marathons and hiking mountains to throwing heavy weights around - and now she gets to help others chase theirs.

Being a co-owner and coach at the GLP fires Sonia up because your success IS her success.

Outside the gym, Sonia runs a management consulting firm where she helps new managers grow their people (because a better world of work means a better world!). When Sonia is off the clock, you’ll find her cooking with her husband, binge watching the latest and greatest shows, devouring chick lit, momming two awesome boys, and snuggling her cats, Alfredo and Pepe.

Sonia lives her golden life through her values of gratitude, accountability and respect.
