brian Rockhold (he/him)
Brian was born and raised near Houston Texas, but moved to Colorado in September 2023. He is a hospital chaplain working primarily in the ER and ICU. Brian has a wonderful and beautiful wife Alyson, whom he has known since high school. Their family includes foster children (sometimes) and the two cutest cats in the whole wide world, Gus and Mabel.
When he's not at the gym Brian enjoys cooking, hiking, video games, and loves crossword puzzles-both solving and designing. Brian lives his Golden life in and out of the gym through his values of authenticity, integrity, and community. Brian is excited to contribute to the culture of GLP as a leader, but be warned: his vengeance is swift and he is prepared to plot the downfall of any who should oppose his reign.
Holly Dunn (she/her)
Originally from Ohio, Holly moved to Colorado in 2019 for sunshine, mountains, and outdoor adventures! She lives in Lafayette with her wife, daughter Haven (frequent GLP cheerleader), and their two dogs.
Holly is currently part of Product at The Trade Desk, thriving on lifelong learning and solving complex problems with tech. She lives her Golden Life through the values of kindness, positivity, and achievement—whether in the gym, on the trails, or picking out some new flowers for her garden ;).
Excited to contribute to the GLP in a new way, Holly looks forward to giving back and deepening connections with the community.
Jeb Qualls (he/him)
Originally from west Texas, Jeb moved to Colorado in 2005 with a lot of hope and no plan whatsoever. He currently finds himself in the role of a manufacturing test engineer, putting his values of consistency and quality to work.
Jeb lives his Golden Life by lifting (heavy things at The GLP), gaming (video, board, TTRPG), reading (mostly fantasy or space opera), or crafting some new project (tube amps, dice trays, ukuleles, or rotary phone message machines).
Jeb is excited to see how this new role will push him to grow, create deeper connections, and give back to his wonderful GLP community.
kristin paxton (she/her)
Originally from Wyoming, Kristin moved to Colorado in 2012 with her husband for bigger cities and more opportunities. She currently manages a busy household in Erie, where she is dedicated to the intentional parenting and support of her three kids as they navigate the busy years of middle and high school.
Going to the gym is Kristin’s biggest hobby, but when she isn’t at the GLP, she’s often reading to learn something new, especially if it involves psychology or human behavior. She also loves hanging out on her front porch enjoying the Colorado sunshine, and unwinding with creative outlets like coloring.
Kristin lives her Golden Life through the values of authenticity, connection, and belonging. She knows how life-changing genuine connections can be, and is so excited to give back to the community that’s become such a big part of her journey.
meghan Dicklin (she/her)
Originally from Florida, Meghan moved up the east coast to NYC for 4-seasons and headed west in 2009. Colorado is absolutely home with its mountains, trails, skiing, and awesome people. She lives in Lafayette with her husband Zach and two boys Bennet and Bradley and cat Malloc.
Meghan runs a business dedicated to improving the lives of others. This has taken many forms over the years from parental leave leadership coaching to small business operations and it continues to evolve. You can follow her journey on Substack where she shares musings on the mid-life as a mother, entrepreneur, and idea synthesizer. She lives her Golden Life through values of work-centrism, authenticity, and achievement.
She’s excited to give back to this incredible community that has changed her life in immeasurable ways for the better.
Sarah Schindhelm (she/her)
Out of too many interests to list, Sarah has selected just a few near and dear to her heart and pours her heart into them. One of them is being a part of the GLP community. She values understanding the world around her through various forms of study and collaborative problem-solving, acceptance of people as they are, and creativity in the way she approaches nearly everything.
Sarah is a person who makes cool things. Like art and music and spaceships and nice young humans and MUSCLESSSS.
