Be empowered by your choices! With this coaching membership, you will have an all access pass to The GLP, with unlimited group coaching sessions.

Lead with intention, a.k.a your values. With this coaching membership, you’ll get to customize your GLP experience and make it all your own.

Sweeten the deal

We realize that sometimes you may need just a bit more than your membership offers. They are listed below and will be charged to your account on file, just like your food and retail purchases.

  • Members may schedule a personal training session with a GLP coach to work on a desired skill, rehab a specific area of the body or just get a personalized training session. Member pricing: $40 for 30-sessions, and $80 for 60-minute sessions. Click here to learn more!

  • Members may schedule 1:1 Coaching Sessions the coach of their choice. to gain additional support towards specific goals in areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, goal-setting, etc. Member pricing: $40 for 30-sessions, and $80 for 60-minute sessions. Click here to learn more!

  • Balance & Intention members may purchase additional group sessions, including Yin Yoga for just $10 each.

  • Members may purchase individualized programmng to support their specific goals, including injury rehab and specific training for $40 per month.
