Let's build strength & community in preparation for our Thanksgiving feast! Join us at The GLP Coaching & Community Center on Thursday, November 27th at either 8am or 9am for our annual turkey burn workout.
The workout will be a fun mix of strength and conditioning, thoughtfully scaled for all levels and abilities. It’s the perfect way to move, sweat, and celebrate gratitude before diving into your Thanksgiving meal.
