We are hosting a FREE July 3rd community workout!!
The workout is free, open to the public and for all fitness levels.
Come see what The GLP is all about!
Each workout session will be limited to 8, and there will be three opportunities to join: 8, 9 and 10 am!!
Workout Sign-up details:
Members can register directly through the app as usual. Non-members must go to our live GLP calendar, select the workout time they want, click “Reserve,” and then choose the “Free Workout” option under the Trial Memberships tab to complete registration.
