  • 20-minute Individual Monthly Coaching Call

  • Open access to utilize community space during business hours. Enjoy some coffee or tea while you hang with us!

  • Access to monthly member-only events

  • Progress Assessments based on monthly tracking, i.e. strength & speed testing, photos, girth and skin fold measurements.

Everything listed is included in your Empower Coaching Membership. The monthly fee is $199 and will be applied to your payment method of choice on a month-to-month basis. Members may schedule additional Individualized Coaching Sessions for S&C, Nutrition, & Goal-Setting for $75 per session.
