We realize that sometimes you may need just a bit more than your membership offers, even at a distance!. They are listed below and will be charged to your account on file.

Remote members may schedule virtual personal training sessions with a GLP coach to work on a desired skill, rehab a specific area of the body or just get a personalized training session. Hour-long sessions are $80 and 30-minute sessions are $40. Item description

Members may schedule hour-long coaching sessions via Zoom at any time with the coach of their choice for $80 (30-minutes for $40). This includes nutrition, lifestyle, goal-setting, etc.

Members may purchase individualized programming to support their specific goals, including injury rehab and specific training for $40 per month. This is provided remotely via TrueCoach.
