Remote Coaching Membership ($89/month)

With this coaching membership, you will enjoy similar benefits to your GLP members, just at a distance!

  • 30-minute Individualized monthly coaching session via Zoom to check in on your coaching plan.

  • Access to our group Strength & Conditioning programming remotely via TrueCoach

  • Access to monthly member-only events, in addition to all the community events! (Members local to the Front Range may attend in person; Virtual options provided.) To learn more about what our events entail, click here.

With the remote coaching membership, you’ll be able to connect regularly with our coaches and community so that you are taking intentional action toward your goals and feeling empowered to achieve them!

We realize that sometimes you may need just a bit more than your membership offers, even at a distance!. They are listed below and will be charged to your account on file.

  • Remote members may schedule virtual personal training sessions with a GLP coach to work on a desired skill, rehab a specific area of the body or just get a personalized training session. Hour-long sessions are $80 and 30-minute sessions are $40. Item description

  • Members may schedule hour-long coaching sessions via Zoom at any time with the coach of their choice for $80 (30-minutes for $40). This includes nutrition, lifestyle, goal-setting, etc.

  • Virtual Group Sessions coming soon!

  • Members may purchase individualized programming to support their specific goals, including injury rehab and specific training for $40 per month. This is provided remotely via TrueCoach.
